Hi all.
Just got my brown envelope in post. I''ve just enrolled for biometrics appointment as tomorrow is next date for appointment. I did as is outlined in letter (went on vfsgolbal.co.UK) and put in details and paid the £10.00. Am I suppose to get confirmation from them for appointment for tomorrow? I was not prompted to click on "schedule appointment" on application and now I'm not sure if appointment is booked for tomorrow.
Help will be greatly appreciated.

I really need help here as if I don't get my biometrics appointment tomorrow I will be out of timeframe from date of letter to get another appointment.

As you have not stated in your October timeline post what your nationality is, it might be difficult to advise as the process is very different to when people apply within the UK. Is there no telephone number on the letter you can call?

I'm applying from Barbados.

I got my biometrics enrolment letter today. I'm having difficulty with vfsgolbal to get my appointment. After going through all the formalities ( there is a £10 fee to be paid) at the end it states transaction successful but it will not print receipt

Can you not 'print screen' and take that with you.

Yes I can . Hope that works. Am I suppose to get a confirmation of appointment? Here in Barbados the biometrics is done at Hilton Hotel by employees of British Consulate situated in Jamaica who come to Barbados and biometrics date are already fixed by month.

My concern is I don't have any document confirming biometrics appointment with date and time. Would appreciate those who done their biometrics feedback on this.

I am not sure if you will get the advice or help that you are looking for. As biometrics for citizenship applications is a new requirement from April 2015 and specifically UKM which are small in number in terms of applications, most of us that have been through the process won't know the system as it is now outside the UK.

Have you looked through these threads to see if there is any answer or maybe post there to perhaps get a better response. UKF follows the same process as UKM applications.
