[*] I am in the UK last 10 years and I have got the ILR on the basis of 10 years long route on June 2015. Before I got the ILR my family join me on Jan 2014 (my wife and 2 year old son). After that year later my daughter born on Nov 14 in UK. In June 2015 I had granted ILR. After ILR i had apply for my daughter MN(1) form for British citizenship in august 2015. Just 2 week ago nov2015 my daughter granted British citizenship. Question is about my son who born outside the UK but before my ILR he was with me in the UK. Can I apply a citizenship of my son as well on the grounds of my ILR?

No, because he is not entitled to Register as British if born abroad like your UK born child is/was.

Your son will be expected to hold ILR and will likely be eligible for ILR at the same time as your spouse.
