Hi. It is true that from 12.11 I need hold pernament resident card for 12 months before apply for citizenship?
If I will be british citizen my wife can still be deported if uk will go out of eu?

What is wife's nationality & immigration status (& where is she)?
PS UK is not going anywhere anytime 'soon'.

The requirement to hold PR for 12 months has always been there. The changes from 12 November is that you have to submit a PR card as proof of PR (and the 12 months) when you apply for citizenship.
Submitting a PR card was not necessary before 12 November but has to be included now.

Yes, you will have to wait 12 months from the date on the PR card. The only time you don't have to wait is if your spouse is a British Citizen.
English level B1 test and life in the UK test required for citizenship.
