Dear All,

Would some one share your thoughts about the absences from UK in the past 5 years?

Q1)
I have received my ILR card on March 2012 and I was working in UK. Due to my wife carrying I have relocated to India for employment purpose for UK based company from 20th April 2013 (moved to Indian) and returned back to UK on 14th June 2014- total number of days absent was 421 days.

I have taken a job in India because my wife was carrying a bay therefore I have relocated to India and was working for UK based company. I am back to UK and working for the same company UK Company from 14th June 2014 and still continuing.

Q2) regarding references

My company had known me for over 3 years and they are happy to provide two reference and wondering the following references would be suitable
My company director – British passport holder
My company HR manager- British passport holder

Your response would be much appreciated

1.Spent no more than 450 days outside the UK during those 5 years - This may be OK
2.Spent no more than 90 days outside the UK in the last 12 months - What about this?

Q2.
Both referees are eligible.

Particularly last one year(12 months) i have been to India 2 time and each time i have taken about 23 days off. Also in 2012 i have been to India for 28 days and In total my absence from UK in the last 5 years is 493 days.

Only the single stretch i have taken 420 days only due to my wife pregnancy . During the 420 days i was working for UK based company. I am back to UK and working for same company again therefore does the company letter about my long absence would enable my to apply for naturalization

Currently i am limbo whether am I eligible to apply for apply for naturalization or else I have to wait for 2 more years or so

your response would be much appreciated

Dear All,

For the past 10 years i was absent for 631 days in particular from March 2007 till 23rd November 2015 i was absent for 591 days.

In the recent 12 months i was off for 44 days in 2 occasions and each time i had taken 22 days off from UK.

Am i still eligible for naturalization and could someone share your thoughts please
