I applied for my 2 children on the same time on 26th September 2015 for MN1 application and only one of my child's certificate received on 20th November 2015. Can someone please give me some advice on what I need to do to find out what happened to the other application? Do I need to call them (which number)? or Do I need to email them?

I am so stressed due to this, please reply ASAP.

Might delayed in the post. Wait a week or so. Also, each application is assessed and processed individually, they might still be busy with the other one.
