I was looking on Internet but can't find the answer I'm looking for.

When you're approved and the council receives your certificate,
is your approval date printed on it or is it the date of your ceremony that is printed on it?

if it's ceremony date, how do the council print it on there?

At the ceremony the council will hand write the date on the certificate. The certificate issued by the HO has the date left blank.
