Hi Friends,

I need to apply Naturalisation for my son -

My son born outside UK. 4 years old ( leave to remain visa)
When he born I am on Tier 4
Now I got Naturalization approval recently
my Wife have ILR 1 week ago.
Can you advise me. my son eligible to apply naturalization ?

Minors cannot apply for naturalisation. They may apply for registration, if eligible.

A born-abroad child is expected to have ILR. If an application to register a British citizen is made without the child having settled status, the application may be refused.
