I have submitted my naturalization application with 2 kids via NCS . The lady who took teh application photocopied all the submitted documents and was very polite.

She gave me the receipt for documents submitted with the application and to confirm that i have submitted the payment slip .

I have now realised that my daughter's passport number in the receipt is incorrect as well as the names of both children . They are mentioned in teh order lastname firstname instead of fisrtname lastname

I have phoned them again and they said they can't do anything now , I will have to wait for caseworker to contact me if they any more information .

I was very careful whilst submitting my application but in hurry missed this human error .

Can someone advise if that will efefct their application ? DO Home office take the NCS receipt as reference and any conflict on information will raise concerns ??

Has anyone had a similar experience ? Shall i be worried and do something

It is a receipt as proof of submitting, nothing to do with your application. The applications will be based on the names and details in the official documents and passport.

For interest, the naturalisation and registration certificates are printed listing Surname First Name Middle Name. It is not uncommon to write a surname first.

Thank you for prompt reply

My question around names order was because my name is enetered correctly on the receipt.

I don't believe it will have any impact on your applications as it is only a receipt and probably not even looked at by HO (if they get a copy).

HO based their process and decisions purely on the application forms and supporting documents. NCS is only a third party handling agent.
