Hi everyone,
If childern born here and lived all their life in uk, their age is 11 and 8, would they be entitled for British citizenship if parents don't have permanent status?
Thanks

You could go via Form T. One child (11 y/o) could already be registered, the other one could be registered in 2 years:

What's the parents' status in the UK?

Just to clarify the response earlier: The older child can register on the basis of having lived the first ten consecutive years of their life in the UK (including being born in the UK). The younger child will be able to register once they reach the age of ten, assuming they still meet the requirements, namely continuous stay/residence in the UK. This is a lifetime entitlement and they can make it any time, but I would advise sooner rather than later as one never knows when the laws will change.
