AN FORM referee in old Form

Hi Everyone
It is a bit urgent situation, I am going to Nationality Checking Service on the 23 December.
However, my partner printed me an old form and I have asked my referees to filled and signed, now I'm worried they are not going to accept this?
Is there anything I can do? or is there a page I can explain?

Thank you
Have you used an old form for your complete application or just for the referee page?
How old is form? (which version?)
There may be other & more significant differences between the forms too.
Worst case you will have to postpone NCS or arrange another appointment early next year when you have straightened it all out.

You have to use the new form!!!
I had my referees in the old form, and had to go ask them to sign the new one - i applied via NCS and they said Home Office would now accept ONLY references in the new form.

How old is form? (which version?)

If your referees have signed and dated with in the last 6 months you can still use the referees on the old form. You just need to attach that referee page with the new form.
