Conitnuous Residency For Citizenship Application

I want to thank you for all the support provided in this site. very helpful. I get my ILR last month for my family and I no question asked. It was premium appointment and I believe my file covered what was needed. in 10 months, I would be applying for citizenship for my family and I. I wanted to check on the prerequisite not to be absent for more than 90 days outside the UK during that last year. my understanding is this was the same rule for the 5 years continuous residency waiving the business travel, but was replaced by the 180 days per year inclusive to business travel (aware of related details as it gave me a headache to set the figures correctly for my ILR but get it all sorted out). as I travel extensively for business (and was the same situation for my ILR earlier), I know for a fact that I would be going beyond the 90 days but less than 180 days this year. my question is whether the 90 days rule is similar to the old rule where business travel is waived, or is it inclusive for any travel? I can justify business travel. would there be any issues if I apply? any action I can take justifying travel (letter from employer?) or do I need to try to get local customer to stay and not travel abroad? (based on work forecast, I don't think this will happen).
