I have a really urgent question if some senior member can help please.

Can a VP level person at an Investment Bank sign my application as a Professional Referee.

If they are in a 'manager/director' type of role & bank is a VAT-registered company then should be all good.

Also assuming they are:

• not a relative;
  not related to other referee;
  not your representative;
  no unspent convictions;
  & etc;

Thanks sir. He works at J.P. Morgan and is at managerial level post but not yet a director though
