Hello, I am applying for my child's UK registration / passport.

I have ILR (Tier 1: G 5 year route) and my child was born before (my ILR) in UK. He is 3 months old and never been out of country so no travel documents. I am doing Form MN-1 for him please advise if this is correct. Secondly, which documents I need to attach as I am only aware of following,
Birth Certificate,
Marriage Certificate (I have only the copy as the originals are sent to HO for Wifes Visa)
Copy of my BRP.

Do i need to go through Nationality Checking Service or can I send it directly as well.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Regards

You can do either, it is your choice. Using NCS means you get to keep all your original documents and they check the application form for you.

If you want to keep your important documents, then use the NCS.
