I'm recently naturalised in Married name. My old un-cancelled passport also has Married name.
Do I need to send marriage certificate for my first British Passport application?
In check-list section (table C), requires to send marriage certificate and I still have to mention my maiden name in the application (first name/surname and maiden name).
I am confused as the name change was done before the naturalisation application.
Thanks for your suggestion,.
Regards

No need to send marriage certificate.
You naturallsed in married name & your foreign passport matches that name & supports it.
You can go ahead & apply for your British passport without submitting marriage certificate.
