Hello Immigration Gurus,

My child was born 1 month before me and my wife got ILR.

Now both of us (me & my wife) got ILR. We are indian citizens.

So we are applying for our child naturatlization through MN1 Section 1(3).

I would like to know whether my child should have Indian passport before going through MN1 application.

if not, then kindly let me know what to mention in Child's "Present Nationality" box in the MN1 form.

Currently our child do not hold any nationality or passport.

The child will have automatically taken on your/spouse nationality. The child is NOT stateless.
