British passport Question - Mother's Details

Hi All,
Quick question. Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I am new here and did not where to post this question.
Question is around applying for a British Passport.
My mom is no more as she expired in April 2014
. In this scenario, should I still add her details to the passport form under Parent 1 section?
Kindly confirm as I am not sure whether I need to update the Parents details irrespective of their living status.
