Hi,

I am trying to find answers for below two questions for applying MN1 for children. Could anyone help please?

• 1. Number of years child should be lived in UK (resident) for applying MN1 (registration)?
  
  2. Do they need to wait for 12 months from ILR approved date?

Situation is:
Father British (Tier 1, 5 years -> ILR -> Naturalisation)
Mother ILR (got an Oct 2015)
Children details are
Elder Child (6 years, living in UK from 2013 without any break)
Younger Child (3 years, moved to UK from 2013)
Both child got ILR on Oct - 2015.

Note: I have gone through guidance document and not very clear about it.

1) Not defined for younger minors.

2) No.
But note that are parents expected to be BC or setted & naturalising.

I assume children were born abroad.
