As you have ROA are you sure you are not a BC already?

Not an expert in this area but do you know how/ why you have ROA?

You could make a NS application to HO for a determination of your nationality status.

If it turns out you are British already you could shoot for a British passport directly.

Other members may care to elaborate.

Your previous posts seem to indicate you also have ILR & there''s additional talk of going to Ireland on a British(?) passport on a SS gig.

So what gives? Anyone else using your member's username?!

This username seems to be shared by three people.
  • a) Somebody who is a Kenyan passport holder with ROA for 22 years.

    b) Somebody who got ILR on 19th March 2015

    c) Somebody who is a British passport holder and wants to exercise treaty rights.
Can all three people please create separate usernames, so that we can guide each individual person better?

EDIT: Noajthan made the same point at the end of his post, which I missed.

Hello
Thank you for your responses. The query on ROA is on behalf of a friend (not for me). I will ask the person to open a new account.
Many thanks again.
