Tax Arrears - Naturalisation

Hi,
I applied for Naturalisation on 8th Jan 2016 and had the bio metric on 26th Jan.
I moved to full time Job in June 2015 and tax & NI are deducted as part of monthly salary.Prior, i was self employed(director of ltd company). I missed the Self Assessment Tax Return deadline for FY April 2015 ie 31-Jan-2016 but settled today ie 16-Feb-2016. No other tax arrears
Can you please advise whether this will affect the "good character " requirement ?
