I applied my citizenship in late May/2015.Untill December/2015 I did not recieve any letter regarding my application need more time to make decission.When 7 months of my application I contacted by email in December2015 ,there was no response.Nature of my work i cannot call homeoffice in Mon-Friday.Then I emailed again in January/2016.At last I got a letter in 28th January2016 that homeoffice still dealing my application.It is 9 months now since I applied and no decission yet.Is it standard of service in citizenship application?Is there any complain procedure.If I complain is any bad impact for my application ? please advise.

Unfortunately, it does seem to take longer than the 6 months processing time outlined in their service standards for quite a few people these days. You should contact your MP to see if they can contact the HO on your behalf and potentially move matters along.
