Bicycle ticket - need to declare and if so where?

Hi - I ran a red light on my bicycle and got a ticket which I paid immediately.

Do I need to declare this on my application? If so, would it go under "Details of caution (simple or conditional), warning, or reprimand 1"? It isn't very clear where it would go.

Many thanks

Isn't there an option for civil penalty?

The closest thing in the form is:
3.3 Do you have any civil judgement or any civil penalty under the UK Immigration Acts?

Yes/No

3.4 Give details for each civil judgment or any civil penalty under the UK immigration acts.

Should I fill it in there? It's just a £25 bicycle ticket not something "under the UK Immigration Acts"?

Doesn't need declaring, insofar as no more than 1 in the last 12 months, no effect.
