Hi,

I am a British Citizen and applying for British Citizenship for my wife who is on Indian passport. She has got ILR on 23-Nov-13 and we have shown Life in UK certificate and English Language certificate from Trinity college London at the time of ILR. I am unable to find both of these documents now. I was reading the Form AN Guide and AN Booklet and got confused with the point where it says that "" If you have already satisfied the requirement to have sufficient knowledge of language and life in the UK for settlement, by applying on or after 28 October 2013, you do not have to demonstrate it again." Does it mean that I do not have to submit these two documents again?

Thanks

LIUK is usually submitted with the application.

HO can at any time ask you to submit these documents.
