I got my ILR last year.I want to apply naturalisation and I want to know when I can apply this?. Is it 28 days before completing one year on ILR status or exactly completing one year on ILR?.

After exactly one year (unless you are married to a BC). Why are you under the impression that you could potentially apply 28 days earlier?

Because this rule applies to immigration/visa/extension applications, a lot of migrants think the same rule applies to citizenship.
