English Met B1 requirement on Oct 2014 for ILR

I met the B1 requirement, on October 2014, in order to obtain settlement ILR.
Please find attached certificate for your review.
The english test is expiring in April 2016.
Can I used this B1 test for Naturalization application?

Hi guys
I have just looked into the form and found 1.22 have this option to click
OR
I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after
28th October 2013;
Or
It means I do not need to do the test again and just select this option as I have already qualified for settlement english test in oct 2014.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
