I am filling MN1 form for my uk born 3 years child. I have ILR already. I shall be very grateful if you please guide me for following sections in the form

Section 1 ,

1.2. My child has not got any reference number from UKVI. Her last visa was PBS dependent in 2013. so what to write here?

1.3. Asking for ILR date for child , shall i leave it?


Section 2 and Section 3 : does these apply to her as she was born in UK. Please guide

Section 7: Does it needs filling? Please help

What category visa were you on prior to obtaining ILR. On the assumption that your ILR is based on a PBS visa below are answers,

You can leave 1.2 blank if this is not available.

1.3 also leave blank.

2.1 you can leave blank as child was born here and there is no date of arrival. Rest of section 2 you need to fill up all details of addresses the child has lived in the last 5 years.

Section 3 is not applicable, can leave empty.

Section 7 needs filling up.
