Hi All,

Please give me your inputs on my situation..

I got my ILR on March 7th 2015..

Went back to India on March 18th 2015 and came back to UK on May 1st 2015 :(Out of uk for 45 days)

again went to India on August 24th 2015 came back to UK Sep 24th 2015(out of uk 30 days)

Again went to India November 25th back on Feb 15th: This time i met with an accident so stayed almost 3

months(Out of ul almost 75 days).I do have all Doctor reports and I do have a all operation scars in my

hand .could you please suggest me if i apply naturalisation under special circumstances after May 5th

will my application will be considered or not ..

If i apply after may my total out of uk will be 106 days..Please advice me..Thanks in Advance

You will need to wait till your absence is within the time limit.

Why the rush to apply when you risk a refusal?

Thanks a lot for your response.The reason why i posted is in guidance doc they do mention that if i meet all other requirement for naturalisation they do consider 175 days out of UK under special case..Any way will wait till september ..Thanks a lot..

Not in the 12 month before application they don't and it would have to be extreme special circumstances. They will likely disregard 100 days in the final 12 months.
