hi all,
my question is about sending the documents along with my AN-application to HomeOffice. I got Permanent Residency card via EEA-family member route, 12 months ago (in March 2015). Now I'm about to apply for Citizenship of UK. My question is that do I have to send my all documents for last 6 years, (all 5 years documents which I sent to get PR + 1 years documents after getting the PR) Or do I have to send only last 12 months documents? I'm very confused.
The example, given by AN_Booklet made me confuse.

For example:
If you apply for Permanent Residence on 1st December 2015 and want to apply for
Citizenship once that application is decided, you should send evidence that shows you
were exercising Treaty rights as a qualified person or family member from 1 December
2009 to 1 December 2014.

Second question, is about the question number 1.3 on AN form
Do I have to write the date when i got PR? Because question is not clear for PR holders?
AND when does it mean by
(not necessary if you are a Commonwealth
citizen with right of abode in the United Kingdom).

Please resolve my issues. I know I asked 3 questions, same time. But I believe it is better to ask once, then disturb you again and again guys.

You only need to prove you are still resident from the date you acquired PR, which for you appears to just be the last year. I got PR in 2012 so I had to give 4 years evidence to prove I was still resident.

The question in 1.3 about the date you were given ILR is irrelevant to you as you do not have ILR. I left it blank on mine.

could you please give me the answer of another question that where i can fine the "selt unique electronic reference number" . I can not find this on my B1 IELST certificate.

Be careful here, ESOL certificates are no longer accepted for proof of English..
On what basis do you think you can use your IELTS certificate?

There are many types of IELTS qualification.
SELT is all that is accepted in the context of UK immigration.

The OP is apparently asking about an IELTS certificate which does not have a SELT identifier so it would seem its not a valid SELT.
Hence the reason for my question and caution.

I passed IELTS Life Skills B1 exam. And now I need "selt unique electronic reference number" .Which I can not find this on my certificate. And which has been asked in Question 1.23 on AN form.

1.23 : Please provide details of your English language test:
Tick to confirm which body awarded your test:
ielts SELT Consortium
Trinity College London
Provide the SELT unique electronic reference number provided by the awarding body:

They said, please provide.....

And I don't know what to "Provide". Please guide me.

I'm confused.

Did you take a SELT test at an approved SELT test centre?

I'm going to apply for Naturalization after getting PR through EEA family member route. Did I need Language Test? or Life-in-the-UK was enough?

2. Apply 1 year after the issue date of the PR Confirmation (EEA3/EEA4). In this case, there is no need to prove treaty rights again and normally just your passport (and Life in the UK test) is required.

You need to satisfy both the language and the LIUK requirement, the LIUK test alone isn't sufficient.

mates, please help me. I was reading the reasons for rejections for Naturalisation. I got confused. I'm holding this PR for one year, now I'm about to apply for Naturalisation. Now what is this new issue?

Hello,

I submitted my application for British Citizenship on 06.11.2015. It was done at the local Nationality Checking Service. They assured me that the residental qualifying period would be worked out from the day THEY recieved my application (6th November).
Having returned from my holiday a letter was waiting for me last night from the Home Office. They rejected my application, because 'Since 12th November 2015 applicants for naturalisation who have acquired Permanent Residence are required to prove this by providing a document certifying Permanent Residence or a Permanent Residence card issued by the Home Office.'
The letter also says that the fees paid in respect of the application will be refunded in due course.
I submitted my application before the 12th November 2015.
I will be posting a letter to the Home Office after Easter asking to reconsider my application.
Has anybody had a similar experience?

The above case is interesting as the Home Office appear to have messed up. We are waiting to hear the outcome of that yet.

Are you an EEA national? Do you have a document certifying permanent residence?

I'm not EEA national. I WAS married with EEA national. I got Permanent Residence Card (pasted on my previous passport) last year.

Now I'm thinking to apply for naturalisation, because I'm holding this PR card for 12 months. But this new rule made me confuse which came in Nov2015. I do not understand this law. So please help me.

I again repeat my question and try to make it as simple as possible. I hope somebody will give the answer.

according to above quote , which I'm repeating again below

How somebody can Prove by providing Which "Certificate"? that I have been given the Permanent Residency Card? When it is already showed/pasted on my passport?

Is pasted Permanent Residency Card on my passport not enough to "prove" that I have been given this Permanent Residence status in UK?
