Right of Abode Visa - Medical Checkup

Hello,
I am applying for my new born child's Right of Abode visa from Karachi, Pakistan. Could some one please let me know if a medical checkup is required and if Yes, is this done before the application is submitted (i.e. have the results ready with the application) or after the application is submitted. Also, where and how is this done.
