Request for Help - Form MN1 - Section 2

Hi Everyone, Good Evening,
I am trying to fill in Form MN1 for my 7month old child, who was born in UK. We have got ILR after he was born so we will apply under section 1(3) using form MN1.
I am a bit confused with question 2.1 which asks the following
'If the Child is resident in UK, please give date and place of his first arrival'
Since my child was born in UK, How should I answer this question?
I would really appreciate your help please.
