Dear members,

I am back again after long time with new difficulty. My queries are as follows:-

1. Is a Tesco store Manager OK to be used as professional referee ?

2. In AN form section 6.13 where it ask for the date of last Biometric taken, is not confirmed. Is it a big issue if this bit is left unfilled as i don't remember the exact date.

1) Yes, as Tesco is a VAT-registered company.

2) Try to recall at least the month & year.
Is there an issue or start date on the BRP (can't remember); if so that will give you a clue.

Explain in the 'additional info' section of the form if you really cannot remember.

Thank you for quick reply. Yes i know the month and year but just not exact date. I know the date when money was taken out of my bank account when i paid for biometric at post office which is usually 2-3 days after.

May i ask one more thing which other councils have service as Brent council to send AN form and passport checking service combined ?

On my wife's application we couldn't remember the exact date so we put month and year. In additional info she wrote she remembers it being just before Christmas i.e. mid to late December and the NCS said that was fine.
