I have been on ILR for over 2 years. Which form should I use to apply for naturalisation and what docs will I require?

my daughter was born here, currently on my dependent visa expiring next month, 8yrs &10 months old.
Can I apply for a naturalisation for her as well? which form do we need and what documents?
