English language requirement - ILR applied after 2013

I applied for and received my ILR in March-2015. Do I need to evidence knowledge of English while making application for Naturalisation?
Note that my initial Tier 1 (General) application in 2009 was successful on the basis that my degree from Mumbai University was taught in English and I did not provide any additional evidence for knowledge of English during my ILR application.
Date booked for NCS: 5-May-16
ILR received: 31-Mar-15
ILR applied: 31-Mar-15
Entered UK on 27-Apr-10
Date of receipt of initial Tier 1 (General) Visa: 9-Jan-09
I searched on a similar thread elsewhere but the response wasn't conclusive. Appreciate if someone shares his/her experience/ knowledge. Many thanks, SJ
