Please help to figure out -
Applicant arrived I the uk with LTR in Dec 2010
in time sponsorship undertaken ILR was granted in September 2011.

She can apply for Naturalisation for British citizen after 5 years providing other conditions are met. In this case can you please clearifying as follows:

A. If 5 years countdown starts from (1) the date of first entry with LRT in Dec 2010 or (22) from Sep 2011 of ILR endorsement date?
B. If valid application is made for naturalisation, is there any scope to prioritising the case or any circumstances?
C. f the applicant can make application for ruralisation two months earlier than the qualifying date for naturalisation - it was found in policy guideline?

Thank you for your help in this regards.

Residency period stars from when you become resident. There is no fast track service for naturalisation.

What makes you think you can apply 2 months before you are eligible?

Any application submitted before the 5 year qualifying period will be refused as invalid. Also you must ensure that you were physically present in the UK on the equivalent date 5 years prior the day you submit your application. If you apply through the NCS it will be recorded as the day the NCS accept your application...if submitted by post it will be the date the HO receive it.
I assume by your post that you're not married to a British citizen?
