Joint Citizenship and Passport application?

hi
we as a family are going to apply for naturalisation ( 2 adults 2 child where children are under 18) using form AN and form MN1 by the end of may Via NCS. today i found out that there are slight changes in it. u can apply for naturalisation and passport at the same time.

however i am bit unsure how to go on with this. ill fill up form AN and MN1. will fill the payment slip. attach all the documents with them including photographs . get appointment from my local (Trafford ) council. i will also fill up the passport form for all four of us after getting the form from post office. and will fill up those sections which in the above link they ask me to fill leaving others blank. will also fill up teh payment section for passport and photographs. in short all forms (naturralisation and passport) , photos, documents ill take to NCS. am i right?
