CCJ and Naturalisation

Post by amilawal » Fri Apr 29, 2016 9:39 am

Hello everyone. Thank u for ur advice on this forum. My partner will be applying for his naturilisation this month. He had ccj in 2008. We have paid the money and its now cleared from his record because we paid the money off in 2009. That was 7 years ago. My question is does he need to declare in his application.he
he was stopped by the police in 2008 bcos he was driving with provisional driving license. He was given a fixed penalty and he has paid since 2008. Does he need to declare this as well in his application as well.
Thank u

In my view you have to declare that. Please take a look at this link specially Q17 there.

Good luck.
