Hello!
I see time after time people mentioning in "timeline" posts that they scheduled a passport interview without an invitation letter. I tried calling the Passport advise line, but was told to wait for the letter.
what is your secret, people?
i looked through numerous posts on this forum but could not find a straight and clear answer
Your help will be appreciated.
Thank you

So basically on a few days ago. Suggest wait another couple of weeks, HMPO are coming into their busy season now, so delays might be possible.

Just be patient and wait a couple of weeks and see if you get a letter. Phoning them constantly will NOT speed up the process.

Not many do or have. If HMPO maybe say letter been posted and applicant says not received maybe lost in post. There is no special trick but I think you need the passport application barcode.
