ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROVED AS PER AN GUIDE

Dear members,
I am filling my wife NATURALIZATION form.
AS per guide AN-Page-14 , she can prove English requirement as follows:
Your original degree certificate and one of the following:
3. A Statement of Comparability (SoC) from UK NARIC confirming your qualification is comparable to a UK degree, plus an official letter from your university with your name, the title of the degree, and that the qualification was taught in English
But there is no relevant box to tick in the AN form
Please advise where to tick in the page 7 of 31 in the AN form.
AS per BOOKLET AN ,there is no where mentioned to prove English requirement as mentioned above as per the AN guide.
As using NCS for my Mrs as used for me before .NCS advisor tick the box No when I applied as per below
6.7 BRP enclosed?
Yes
go to 6.11
No
If not enclosed then please state the location of biometric residence permit:
Please advise me what to write here as I forgot what I wrote in my application
Also advise me what to write in box below
6.12 If the required biometric residence permit (BRP) is not enclosed please give details why you are unable to provide it:
I will be very thankful to you if you help me in this regard.Looking forward your reply.
