Hi Guys.

I need an advise with below issues.

I have got my ILR in October 2014 and still on it.

My first 2 children born in the UK in 2009 and 2010 but they left the UK after a few months of their births and never came back and still live abroad.

My wife always been my dependent since 2008.

Question: Can I apply for above my 2 children for British Registration in the UK as they are qualifying for it?
If yes, What will happen with 2 British references and how they will enroll their biometrics?

Theoretically, yes. But....

They are very lenient with regards to very young children and references, especially if the child is under 2 years old. But for children aged approximately 6 and 7 respectively, there may be a bit more of an expectation that there would be somebody who has interacted with the child and is willing to act as a referee. Still, there is some considerable degree of latitude given.

Someone else will have to answer about overseas biometrics. What country are the children in? I believe the UK has rolled out biometrics in a few countries, but can't find anything precise on that.
