NCS copy passport - what about DCPR / Document Prep

Hi,

NCS appointment tomorrow, EEA route, PR since about 2007/9, DCPR issued 2014, passed LITUK and Trinity College test this month.

Will the NCS send off the DCPR itself or also take copies of it? Just wondering because this means I won't be able to show it when I enter the UK after a brief holiday in a couple of months.

Also how much do you prepare the documents, I have the filled in form and all evidence in separate folders, do I need to bring an envelope to NCS or do they handle this? I am planning on paying with credit card or debit card, will they handle including the payment slip in the application?

Thanks...

Not sure whether they'll take photocopies of your DCPR (although I'd assume so) but why are you showing it when you enter the UK anyway? Your passport or ID card is enough to enter the country, you don't need to show the document (better to leave it at home in a safe place for record keeping purposes)

Suppose so, I just always kept it with my passport which is safely at home, unless I am out of the country.
