AN1 change in address

Hi,
I am due to apply for naturalization by 18th of June as I qualify on that day. I would like to apply as soon as I am eligible considering UKVI keeps changing rules and fees every now and then and just before referendum in case any catastrophic change happen as result of referendum. Having said that I am bound to move house in a month's time as I am planning to move to my own house for which we already have mortgage approved but about to be completed.

My dilemma is if I apply from my rented house address and change the house later obviously the intimations would end up going to older address after I move the house. Is it a major task to notify the naturalization team about the address change ? has anyone done this before.

Does it make sense to wait until I move to my newer house and then apply(after referendum)..?
Shall I just apply now and notify UKVI about the change of address ?

Any suggestions and recommendations would be useful in this regards. I am currently on ILR secured via Tier-1 since Jun-2015.

The referendum should not impact your application. Nothing will happen 'overnight'.

To avoid delays and lost post, you should apply once you have moved, in my opinion.
considering UKVI keeps changing rules and fees every now
Citizenship laws don't change very often at all. Fees increase once a year usually in March/April.

I have twice used the form https://eforms.homeoffice.gov.uk/outrea ... pdate.ofml to successfully update HO of my address changes even after application for EEA was long since complete. As part of my SAR to check PR date I can see both address changes registered fine with HO.

I'd also make sure you set up forwarding of your mail with Royal Mail in case something still goes to the old add.

Hi,
Thanks for your responses. I do have follow up question on this if someone can advise or have come across this. I moved to my new house which is a block of newly built flat. The post code is still new and I had to get royal mail to add this postcode to their database. Now most of the other websites are still not showing up address since its new construction.

I am providing this new development address in my naturalization application. My gut feeling is that it should probably be OK and I should receive notification since I added this address to royal mail. Since its only been few days at this address I am still tensed as I haven't received any mails as yet. I have booked an appointment at NCS by end of this week.

Now my question : is there a phone number or email address with whom I can follow up at home office in case I dont receive notifications. Can I personally collect these notifications somewhere(nearest post office or something else) especially the bio-metric notification etc. Any other way I can make sure I get all the notifications from home office.
