Hi I acquired ILR via Tier-1 and would be eligible for AN1 shortly. Below are my document checklist. I am applying via NCS so would be carrying originals and provide them with only copies. Can someone please review and confirm if this is fine. Also do we need to take copies of each of these or NCS would do that ( silly question but still asking)?

Also I am married but applying only for myself sine my wife is still ILR dependent. Do I still need to provide Marriage certificate and fill in her details in my form ?

Doc list :
AN FORM ( Filled including referee details)
PASSPORT FORM (partial filled per JCAP instructions)
Current PASSPORT ORIGINAL AND COPY of front and last page
Expired PASSPORT ORIGINAL AND COPY or front and last page
BRP original and copy
Life in Uk certificate ( Original and copy)
Trinity college English certificate (original and copy)
Employment history and SA302 for the last 5 years (original and copy)
Council tax bill covering residence period (original and copy) Is this really required ?

Submit originals to NCS who will generate official copies; (original docs returned to you except LITUK certificate).

No need to supply NCS with home-made copies.

Don't forget to include Payment form.
&
Photos (I think).

Suggest take copies of application and payment forms for your records; (NCS won't copy those for you).

No need for marriage certificate if applying in own right; 6(1) of BNA.
But yes, wife gets a mention on the form as you are Married and so have a current partner.

Should be no need to submit residency-related (CT & tax) docs; passports should suffice for a non-EEA applicant.
(Take the other stuff with you just in case they ask for it).

Is the Trinity an approved SELT?
