Hi all,
I am planning to apply for British Citizen next month after 1 year of ILR visa. Today, I talked to local council for NCS service. I believe now I can apply both naturalisation and passport application together with them. My question, what documents needed with these application ? besides Life in the UK test certificate and UK degree certificate, passports, Biometric card, what else documents needed ? I can't find the anything else.. DO I need to send any bank statements, payslips or any other thing ?

No, not needed. The requirements are clearly listed in the AN form, guidance notes and booklet.

- and one reason for availing of the NCS service is for them to crosscheck that you have provided everything that they will tell you to bring to the appointment.

Thanks guys for reply....
Another thing... Whats the process via NCS ?
I mean... After providing all papers to them....what next steps ? Bio metric appointment ? Then ? Interview ? citizenship ceremony ? Who will contact with me ? Home office or council ?

After bundle is filed for you (after checking & copying) by NCS you are in hands of HO.
Payment will be taken by HO - hopefully without a glitch; (ensure funds in bank).
You will get a letter to enrol biometrics so you do that.
Then you wait.
And wait.
You get edgy so you may post agonised questions in the forum to see what's going on. (You can also track/post timelines in forum).
Then wait some more.
And wait.
etc etc.
Did I mention there's a lot of waiting.
You may (rarely) be called to interview.
if you are lucky you may get some acknowledgements. Some people do, some do not.
You may get a follow up question in writing from caseworker.
Eventually you will hear from HO and council that you have been successful.
Or just from HO if unsuccessful. (In this worst case there is no appeal; just a reconsideration option to fix any HO admin-type errors).
Assuming you are successful: Arrange/confirm ceremony.
Go to oath-taking ceremony. You are now British. Live your life.
Something like that. Your mileage may vary.

If you apply through NCS, what happens is as follows :
1. Book your appointment and pay the NCS fee. The fees vary between councils.
2. YOU complete the form(s) and take them and the supporting documents to your NCS appointment.
3. At your appointment, NCS will check over your form and photocopy all your documents. They give you your originals back.
4. They send it off to HO. That is the last interaction you will have with NCS.
5. HO will take the fee and will write to you to enroll your biometrics. You take the letter to the Post Office to do biometrics, no appointment needed. There is a fee to pay (£19-20).
6. Once you have enrolled biometrics, you will need to wait.
7. HO will write to you and let you know if your application has been approved.
8. The council will write to you inviting you to the ceremony or to book the ceremony.
9. Book ceremony, attend, receive your certificate
10. Send ILR BRP card back to HO within 5 days of ceremony.
11. Apply for passport if you have not used the JCAP process.
