Greetings everyone!
I have spent over 95-97 Days in total out of UK in last 365 Days. My ILR was Approved MID JULY 2015.
How long do i have to wait before i can apply for my BC.
I had been away for family reasons. i.e. not work related.
Thanks in advance.
Regards

You have to hold ILR for a full 12 months before you can apply for BC.

Is it a long wait to get them to 90 days? You should be fine, but it is a lot of money to risk losing, if you get a difficult caseworker, for the sake of 7 days.

Do you mean to say i can apply as soon as i am with-in 90 days limit if i count 365 days backward.
so i dont have to wait another year but only few days so that i am well with-in 90 days at time of application?
Lets say if i apply on 25 of july and if i count backwards i will be 85 days away in 365 days where as my ilr was approved on 14th of july last year.

No, you don't have to wait another whole year.
Apply when you are ready and the last 12 months absence limit is counted backwards from the date of application.
