Hello,

When baby was born in abroad, father status was British citizen and mother status was Tier1 (General) dependent. Is it eligible to apply British passport to my baby from abroad?

Please clarify that.

Yes, if father was a British citizen at the time of child's birth, the child is automatically British. A passport from abroad can take 6-12 months.

You might want to look into Certificate of Entitlement or Right of Abode as well.
