Final Update:
The passport office dispatched my passport on 2nd Dec and send a text on 3rd Dec. Missed delivery on 5th, since DX Secure didn't leave a calling card with the tracking number, I contacted HMPO on 6th after waiting for 3 days. They provided me with the tracking number and finally received passport on 12th Dec.
