I got few questions hope you guys will help me.

Here is my ILR time line.

Student Visa :: 2007-2009 (Applied in home country)

PSW :: 2009-2011 (Applied in UK by Post)

Tier 1 General :: 13th April 2011 - 13th April 2013 ( Applied In UK by Post)

Tier 1 Extension :: 13th April 2013 - 13th April 2016 (Applied in UK PEO)

ILR :: 28 March 2016 (Applied in UK PEO)

Questions :

1. AM I good to apply for Naturalization on 28th March 2017 or do I need to wait until 13th April as per my first tier 1 visa ?

2. I have been arrested on false/malicious allegation but not charged at all. CPS dropped the case with no further action. Do I need to mention this in my application

If you are not the spouse nor civil partner of a British citizen, then it's 28 March 2017. Provided you were also in the UK on 28 March 2012, etc.
