Can any one advise me please.

my wife came in uk on spouse visa (sep 2011) and got ILR april 2013.
Is she can apply for naturalisation her own status?

She is qualifying all of list below:

lived in the UK for at least the 5 years before the date of your application: Yes
spent no more than 450 days outside the UK during those 5 years : Yes
spent no more than 90 days outside the UK in the last 12 months : Yes
had settlement (‘indefinite leave to remain’) in the UK for the last 12 months : Yes
not broken any immigration laws while in the UK : Yes
Life in the UK : Yes
B1 Test : Yes


I'm holding refuge ILR since April 2013.
My naturalisation refuse coz of overstay from 2004 to 2008.
Home office advice me to apply after March 2018.

Even if you're the one who fetches spiders out of the bath, wife doesn't need you for this.

Wife may apply in her own right under section 6(1) of BNA.
Tell her to check it out.
