Help with B(OTA) form

Good day,
I would like some assistance with regards to applying for British citizenship using form B(OTA).
My following enquiries are:
1) In Section 2 (Residence Requirements), 2.1, it says that I should input the date and place of first arrival in the United Kingdom. I've lived in a British overseas territory up until now (currently in the UK).
Do I input the date I entered the United Kingdom or the date I arrived in the overseas territory?
