Hi,

I have total 5 penalties. 2 parking, 1 speeding, 2 being in bus lane.

I have just realised that I have lost the documents for 2 penalties. Please let me know what is the best thing to do.

are the documents mandatory or is it fine if I declare and mention in the cover letter.

From what I recall declaring should be fine - it's not like you're claiming something desirable.
