Can I apply for naturalisation now?

This is my story:

Married to an EEA National - Jan 2005

Issued residency card July 2005 - June 2010

Applied for PR July 2010 but numerous refusals (requesting more documents to prove wife was exercising treaty right. And was even reporting at the reporting center, in the last few years).

Issued PR Card - Sept 2016

How can I confirm the date HO has for my PR if the date on the card is not important for naturalisation?

Subject Access Request is your friend, look it up in the ILR forum there is a pinned thread on the SAR process.

*Will appreciate your input please. Thank you.
